DF65 Racing Results 21-June'23

Another sunny day welcomed 13 sailors for the 8th race in the May-June series. With a light wind Chris set a course of Y/1,4,R,0,4,R,0,4/R. The wind steadily rose during the morning (except when there was some light rain and it went calm) and buoy A was added firstly to the first lap only then to both laps.


There was some close racing with the final leg often causing joy or pain depending on your fortune.


Those who faired best today were:


1st - J Richardson (43)

2nd - R Dyer (25)

3rd - J Bennett (002)


Congratulations to them and to John Arrow, who showed he had not lost his skills by winning heat 4.
