IOM 12th September Race 2

Squally breezes and sunshine accompanied six keen competitors for this morning's IOM race event. An apparently straightforward course, (SP/4 -7-1-3-7-1-  6/M) was made all the more interesting by the prevailing conditions. Three boats sported 'B' Rigs until the 11 o'clock/ 4 race break, then matched the rest of the fleet top fore'n'afters. Plenty of thrills, happily no spills, making for enjoyable sailing all round. Well done to all for sailing off the lee shore, and to #6's assisted boat-on-buoy rescue.

Top three on points:- 1st Place - #28 IW(9); 2nd - #06 CW(10); 3rd - #16 JR(10)
