8 hopeful sailors arrived at Lakeside where there was a cold NNE wind and it was raining. There was a debate in the bike shelter as to whether to sail or not. Eventually it was "as we are here, we might as well", so racing started at 10.15. The wind was top end of A+ and there was a mixture of A and A+ rigs used. The course started with O/4, Y, 3, 8, Y, 3, M, NorthPier/3 and after the break was changed to P/O, Y, 3, 8, Y, 3, 8, NorthPier/3 and 5 heats were raced in rather squ

A light S wind accompanied by rain welcomed 10 sailors to the second round of the Nov-Dec series. Chris set a course of 3/R, 8, A, Y, 8, A, Y, P/O and 9 heats were raced. The wind slowly filled in and the rain gave way to a warm and sometimes sunny morning. Mike and Maurice missed 2 heats as they were chasing gremlins and setup issues on 090.
