IOM 1st November Race 1

Six competitors made it out to Lakeside for day one of the new IOM series;

six competitors plus a visiting yachtsman and IOM sailor from Quimper: Brittany's only sailing club to race IOM class RC yachts.


The light Northerly breeze inspired course A:- 8/p - (wz-3-p) x 2 - wz/3.

A few degrees of luck and foresight were required to anticipate the best

routes available - buoys were rolled, turns were taken and an enjoyable

morning was had by all.


Top three on points:- 1st Place - #43 RD; 2nd - #63 IW; 3rd - #06 CW.
