IOM Heat Results & Leaderboard 4.6.21

Ahoy IOM sailors! Today's results. Unfortunately we had some light rain at the start but this fizzled out after about 1/2 hour of racing. Lightish winds from the Northwest so a longish triangular course was set leaving all marks to starboard. In theory this should have spread the fleet before the first mark but best laid plans etc. this didn't quite work as expected and there was still congestion and some bunching with the inevitable contacts. Everyone must be getting better with some very close racing with only seconds between finishing places. There were three different heat winners today, Rob Dyer with 3, Colin Salter with 3 and Michael Thomas 1. Well done to Rob who was today's overall winner.
