IOM 14th March Race 2

Light airs and cloudy skies welcomed eight worthy competitors to Lakeside for the second round of sailing. Bos'un launched race marks 'Ob' and 'Or' to complete the start and finish lines respectively: P/ Ob - (wz-3-7) x 2 - Bo/ Or.

Towards 11 o'clock the sunshine and breeze set in which made for some quick, tactical racing, notably twice up to the windward mark as well as the chase to the finish.

Top o'the morning:- 1st Place - #06 CW(12); 2nd - #71 TR(14); 3rd - #28 IW(17).
