IOM 3rd November'23 Race 1

Six Skippers sailed the first Club IOM event of a new series. Westerly breezes in the main powered their metre boats around courses 'A' and 'B' for nine races.

Where BO=Big orange, LO=little orange, OB=orange and black, Y=yellow, Z=zero or white and BY=big yellow:-

Course 'A' = Start BO/LO-2 x (7-OB-Z)-Fin' 4/Y; for course 'B'

substitute 'Z' with 'BY'.

Or, in other words - a windward/ leeward course with a wing mark after '7'.

Great racing, especially after the extended rainy period.

Top trio on points:- 1st Place -RD #163; 2nd - TR #85; 3rd - CW #06. Still plenty of room on the series leader board.
