DF65 Racing Results 10-Sep'25

7 sailors arrived a Lakeside in a variety of clothing depending whether they believed the forecast for persistent rain or had looked out of the window and seen the sun shining. In the event there was a mixture of sun and showers with a light to moderate SSE breeze. Chris set a course of 8/LH edge of pier, M, 1, 3, M, 1, 4/8 and 8 heats were raced. The final beat from 1 to 4/8 often contained odd wind patterns providing some with the chance to pick places at the expense and frustration of others.

Those near the front on a consistent basis today were:

1st - J Richardson (13)

2nd - C Wilson (14)

3rd - I White (14)

Congratulations to them and to all for a fun morning's sail.

Best wishes,

Bruce
