DF65 Racing Results 11-Jun'25

13 sailors attended Lakeside on the promise of a dry sunny morning and a steady 8kn SE breeze. Well 2 out of 3 isn't bad. Chris set a triangular course of 3/A,O,1,3,O,1,3,P/O, which was extended to 3/A,R,1,3,O,1,3,P/O and 9 heats were raced. Whilst the breeze generally held up well there were lulls and shifts particularly on the beat after 3 where many places could be gained and lost. Those consistently using the right strategies this week were:

1st - J Bennett (13)

2nd - R Brydges (15)

3rd - C Wilson (16)

Well done to them and to all for a fun morning.

Best wishes,

Bruce
