DF65 Racing Results 19-Feb'25

9 skippers arrived at Lakeside for the 5th race to be sailed in the Jan-Feb series. The light SE dictated a course of B/A, R, A, B, R, A, B, P/Y which provided some interesting if unpredictable lifts towards the windward mark and equally variability towards "A". 51 suffered a failed sail winch and had to retire causing a launch of the rescue dinghy and a early break after 3 heats.

The top three were very close today:

1st - R Dyer (14)

2nd - C Wilson (14)

4rd - J Richardson (16)

Well done to them and for an enjoyable morning's sailing.

Best wishes,

Bruce
