IOM 14th June Race 7

Five competitors set their top or 'A' Rigs to suit the morning's squally weather. One very light shower soon passed overhead early on in the proceedings. Ian selected an appropriate course:-  BO/O -7-wz-1-8-P-wz- 8/P.

Smart tacking and swift trimming were required to keep apace with the conditions. There was plenty of drama-free, close-quarters, match-style racing. Yacht designs that took part today were:- Alioth, Alternative, Widget, Kantun and Triple Crown.

Top three on points:- 1st Place - #43 RD; 2nd - #85 TR; 3rd - #63 IW
