IOM 17th May Race 3

A light and variable South-east breeze helped seven skippers sail seven races over a lengthy course 'A':

                Start BO/OR -P-wz-4-P-wz-3-P Fin' 8/OB.

Helmsmen were focused on trimming sails to catch the maximum air, with legs from the start to P, #'s 4 and 3 to P, and the final home stretch seeing the most change of yacht positions. Good to see "ex-44" on the water for the first time after her re-fit. During the break, Derek presented crews with a fresh example of his home-baking in the form of fruit cake.

Top trio on points:- 1st Place - #59(63) IW; 2nd - #85 TR; 3rd # 16 JR
