IOM Racing July 8th '22

Three stalwart competitors turned out for the 2nd Race of the series. As light NW breezes steadied to so a course to developed to 5/OR Start (OW-4-OR-5-6-7-)x2 4/8 Fin'.

Close match racing was had, sometimes by all three boats, mostly between the two leaders.

Thanks to precision manoeuvring from JB and MC, whose boats directed #16,

(still switched off after the break and heading out to the middle of the lake)

and guided her right to the jetty, in short order. That's seamanship, all be it on a smaller scale.

Well Done to......:- 1st Place - JB #80, 2nd - MC #169, 3rd JR #16.
