IOM_September 30th Race 5

julyanrichardson

After an early 'tea-break', during a prolonged spell of calm, a breeze returned. One round of Course 'C' gave a seven-strong fleet two windward beats/ legs, interspersed with three short fetches/ reaches to adjacent marks.

Start: Yellow triangle(YT)/ off-white(OW) - 7 - OrBlk(OB) - YT - Fin' 5/8.

(OW and OB being the adjacent marks).

One competitor should get the tolerance trophy of the day, not least for dropping out of a race to assist a stranded boat!

The morning's top three places are: JB #80, MC #169' and RH #03.
