DF65 Racing Results 26-Jun'24

I am indebted to Julyan for these details.

11 sailors attended the final round of the May-Jun series and 8 heats were raced in sunny, light wind conditions over 2 courses. The first: A/B, R, A, B, A, 0, A/B was used for the fist 3 races and the second: A/B, R, A, B, R, 0, A/B for the last 5, when increasing sea breezes assisted the fleet. 554 came off the water with assistance for replacement batteries and 29 suffered a winch servo failure missing the last 2 races.

The top three today were:

R Dyer - 12

R Brydges - 16

J Richardson - 16

We had a total of 19 sailors competing in the series and top three are:

J Bennett - 16

J Richardson - 18

I White - 18

Congratulations to them and to all for good humoured and enjoyable racing.

Best wishes,

Bruce
