DF65 Results 20-Dec'23

11 skippers arrived at Lakeside expecting in excess of 12kn wind. In the event we were treated to a very gentle breeze which seemed to disappear just when you wanted it most. Chris set an orange course using Big Orange (B) and Amber as start and finish with R, 0, B, R as windward, leeward wing and windward marks, although runs often became reaches and even beats at times.

Those who managed the conditions best were:

1st - R Dyer (25)

2nd - C Wilson (06)

3rd - J Bennett (002)

Congratulations to them and Happy Christmas to all whether they were able to race or not.

Best wishes,

Bruce
