DF65 Results 8 June 2022

Chris set a triangular course and dominated the morning winning 5 of 8 races, with only Rob managing top placing for the other 2 races. The wind was sketchy and challenging and you could be 1st one minute and at the back the next. I managed to find a reed on one race and a twig in the last race, and my usual luck seemed lacking. Still, we had a good laugh and got thoroughly wet in a heavy shower, then the sun came back out again to help dry us out.


Scores on the doors after 2 discards are: 1st Chris Wilson 8, 2nd Rob Dyer 12, 3rd Maurice Clayton 19, 4th John Bennett 19, 5th Phil Udall 22, 6th John Smith 23, 7th John Allen 40. Well done Chris!
