IOM 12th January'24 Race 2

A dry morning and a more or less steady Nor'easterly breeze welcomed seven competitors to the start line earlier today. A course was set and rigs trimmed. Thanks go to JS #53 for providing the timer. Interesting results and a zoomable diagram are attached as a 'Word file'.

            

Start 6/ OB - BO - 6 - 7 - 1 - 6 - 7 - Fin' 2/South Pier.


Advantages were to be had on all points of the course on different occasions, as may be reflected in the figures. Apart from everyone winning by getting out to face the elements - not to mention #71-TR's run of 3rd places, Top points go to:-       

         

1st Place - #63 RD; 2nd - #85 TR; 3rd - #71 TR.
