IOM 24th November'23 Race 4

A good breeze, the incumbent R.O.'s creative course build, and seven competing yachts - just add water for an interesting set of nine scored races.

Course 'A' held good throughout the morning, (see diag.) with gusts increasing to max' of top-rig performance:- where w = white, OB1 = #7's wing, OB2 = inshore buoy and OR = Orange and Red........Start 1/w - 4 - OB1 - 2 x (OB2 - 3 - 8) - OB2 - w - Fin' 4/ OR.

Sea room was given, appropriate turns were executed, racing was close. The top-of-the-morning trio:- 1st Place ~ #16 JR; 2nd ~ #06 CW; 3rd ~ #03 RH.
