IOM 5th January Race 1

Seven skippers sailed eight races. The course - diagram attached:

6/OB Start - (3-7-OB(wing)) x 2 - Fin' 4/ OR.

The tricky bits were mostly the beats to #3 and to the finish line.

Being in the path of a following breeze helped back-runners to catch up downwind to #7.

A dry morning with warming Sunshine more than compensated for the cool breezes.

Good sailing all round, with top o'the points podium to:-

1st Place #63 RD; 2nd - #16 JR; 3rd - #85 TR.
