Racing Cancelled for Sep-Oct 2023 Series

No racing took place during September or October at Lakeside as there were a series of Blue-Green Algae Blooms. The Environment Agency tested the lake on a number of occasions but it did not clear. The dominant alga was Mycrocystis spp and was in excess of the World Health Organisations thresholds. All blue-green algae are potentially toxic and require action if present above threshold levels.

No points were scored or allocated to skippers.

Racing resumed in November.
