IOM 9th February Race 6

Six sailing competitors turned out to race their RC IOM yachts. All six boats survived the blow, top or 'A' rigs intact. There were a few broachings and pitchings on the dead runs. Racing was close through all ten races, with the stiff Southerly opening up the whole lake for the three tactical beats. Boats and crews were graced by one fine shower going into the break, clearing away for the following six heats.
